Pediatric Physical Therapist

Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans with specific goals, and educate patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams. Manage all aspects of patient care, including supervising assistants, aides, and students, and ensure thorough documentation and accurate billing. Participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings to improve clinical outcomes and patient access. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. Maintain current licensure and BLS certification, with a driver's license required for transporting patients and equipment.
