Job Summary

Conduct skilled physical therapy services, including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard practices and modalities. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Supervise assistants, aides, and students while educating patients, families, and caregivers on recovery strategies. Maintain thorough patient records, complete accurate billing, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the department. Requires a current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and ability to lift up to heavy items, ambulate patients, and navigate crowded clinical environments. Schedule is 30 weekly hours at the Layton Clinic in Utah.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
