Job Summary
Conduct screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treatment of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Manage all aspects of patient care and supervision, including overseeing assistants, aides, and students. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers regarding patient needs and goals. Maintain thorough and timely patient records and complete patient billing accurately. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. Work 30 weekly hours at the Layton Clinic in Utah with a salary range of $43.09 - $66.47.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
