Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct evaluations and treatments according to professional standards, develop care plans with specific goals, and educate patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care while supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Manage all aspects of patient care, maintain thorough documentation, and complete patient billing accurately. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement processes, including utilization review audits. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. Work 30 weekly hours at the Layton Clinic in Utah. Hourly rate ranges from $43.09 to $66.47.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
