Job Summary

Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct evaluations and treatments according to professional standards, develop care plans with specific goals, and consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centered care while managing all aspects of patient care and education, including supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Maintain thorough and timely patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. This role supports Intermountain Health's mission and values within the Layton Clinic team.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
