Job Summary

Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Conduct evaluations and treatments according to professional standards, develop care plans with specific goals, and manage all aspects of patient care including supervising assistants, aides, and students. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to achieve department goals. This role requires a current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and the ability to lift heavy items and navigate crowded clinical environments. Located at Layton Clinic, Utah, with 30 weekly hours and an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
