Pediatric Physical Therapist

Conduct skilled physical therapy services, including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard practices and modalities. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Supervise assistants, aides, and students while maintaining thorough patient records and completing accurate billing. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, quality improvement processes, and utilization review audits to improve clinical outcomes and patient access. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the department. Requires a current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items and navigate busy clinical environments.
