Job Summary
Provide in-home pediatric physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans, coordinating with physicians and family/caregivers to improve cognitive, neurological, physical, and/or sensory functioning. Deliver skilled interventions and goals, educate clients and families on the treatment plan, and document per policy. Collaborate with health-care teams to ensure safe, effective care; travel between patient visits in the St. George, Utah area. Part-time role offering 10-20 visits per week; includes weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Requires PT doctorate, Utah license, BLS, valid driver’s license and auto insurance; 1+ year of clinical PT experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- A doctoral degree in physical therapy (PT)
- Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of Utah
- Active BLS certification
