Job Summary
Develop and implement customized, play-based treatment plans to improve motor skills, mobility, coordination, strength, and balance for children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, orthopedic injuries, and sensory-motor challenges. Deliver high-quality care to a diverse pediatric population while collaborating with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Work in a supportive, team-driven outpatient environment at Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health Company, focusing on building strong relationships with families. New grads are welcome, and pediatric experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Background checks and references are required for employment
