Job Summary
Deliver individualized, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services to medically complex and medically fragile children, including evaluations, treatment plan development, and training in positioning, transfers, mobility, and gait. Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, while educating families on promoting long-term developmental progress. Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation and patient management. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, current Florida license, and CPR certification. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with competitive compensation ranging from $73,000 to $100,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
