Job Summary
Deliver individualized, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services to medically complex and medically fragile children. Perform evaluations, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and support positioning, transfers, mobility training, and adaptive equipment recommendations. Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care, while educating families on promoting long-term developmental progress. Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation and accurately record evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, current Florida license, and CPR certification. Competitive salary of $73,000 - $100,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement. Monday-Friday schedule with strong administrative support.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
