Job Summary
Pediatric Physical Therapist required to provide evaluations, assessments, and ongoing therapy for children birth to three years in natural environments (home, daycare, park) as part of a multidisciplinary team. Role is independent contractor with flexible evenings/weekends, travel to meetings, and in-home or clinical settings in the North Phoenix area; candidates must hold a Master’s in Physical Therapy, be licensed, meet AzEIP standards, and participate in family-centered planning (IFSP meetings, core team meetings). Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Competitive pay based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- AzEIP standards of practice for Early Interventionists within three years of start date
- demonstrative knowledge of AzEIP Policies and Procedures
