Job Summary
Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload, specifically working with early intervention and preschool children. Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations, collect data on IFSP/IEP goals, and report progress quarterly. Maintain accurate billing logs, create schedules with assigned families and school personnel, and provide input for CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews. Communicate regularly with lead supervisors and coordinators regarding case management while maintaining professionalism with families and school teams. This role offers $112/hour for early intervention services (full-time or fee-for-service potential) in Delaware County, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy
- Current New York State Physical Therapy License
