Job Summary
Contract Pediatric Physical Therapist to work with a multidisciplinary team at Pediatric Health Choice. Responsibilities include conducting PT evaluations for pediatric patients with complex medical and developmental needs; designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote gross motor development and functional mobility; delivering engaging therapy sessions; maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with PPEC/state regulations; educating families on goals, home exercise programs, and mobility strategies; collaborating with nurses, occupational and speech therapists, case managers, and families; ensuring HIPAA and ethical practice compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- ability to pass a Level II background screening
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
