Job Summary
Contract Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide pediatric PT services at Pediatric Health Choice (PPEC) in Leesburg, FL. Conduct evaluations, design and implement individualized treatment plans to advance gross motor development and functional mobility, deliver engaging therapy sessions, document per HIPAA/state regulations, educate families on goals and home exercise programs, and collaborate with nurses, OTs, SLPs, case managers, and families. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning and progress reviews, ensuring ethical practice. Must hold a current state PT license; CPR certification; and be able to pass Level II background screening. Flexible schedule with Monday–Friday daytime hours; W-9 contractor in a contract arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Prefer 1 year of pediatric experience (PPEC, early intervention, or medically fragile population experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Current CPR certification and ability to pass a Level II background screening
