Job Summary
Contract Physical Therapist for Pediatric Health Choice (PPEC) to provide pediatric PT services for medically fragile and developmentally delayed children. Conduct evaluations, design and implement individualized treatment plans to support gross motor development and functional mobility, deliver engaging therapy sessions, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, educate families on goals and home programs, and collaborate with nurses, occupational and speech therapists, case managers, and families. Requires current state PT license, CPR certification, Level II background check, and ability to work within a flexible daytime contract schedule (Mon-Fri). Position is a W-9 contractor based in Leesburg/Eustis, FL; HIPAA and clinical-standards compliance are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a Level II background screening
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
