Job Summary
Contract Pediatric Physical Therapist providing pediatric physical therapy to medically fragile/developmentally delayed children; conduct evaluations, design and implement individualized treatment plans to promote mobility and developmental progress, deliver therapy sessions, educate families, document in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations, collaborate with interdisciplinary team; requires current PT licensure, CPR, ability to pass Level II background check, and preferred pediatric experience; flexible schedule with daytime hours; W-9 contractor.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- background screening clearance
- strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- experience with pediatric population preferred (PPEC, early intervention, or medically fragile)
