Contract Physical Therapist for pediatric clients; conduct physical therapy evaluations, design and implement individualized treatment plans to support gross motor development and functional mobility, deliver engaging therapy sessions, educate families on goals and home exercise programs, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a Level II background screening
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Prefer 1 year of pediatric experience (PPEC, early intervention, or medically fragile population experience preferred)
