Job Summary
Conduct outpatient pediatric physical therapy for children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Facilitate parent and caregiver participation in sessions to ensure skills and home exercises are carried into daily life. Deliver best-in-class care with reasonable caseloads to focus on individualized treatment plans while collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team. Mentor students and peers as a certified clinical instructor, utilizing specialization road maps and in-house courses to support continuous professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state
