Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence for pediatric patients in home, daycare, and school environments. Implement physician-approved plans of care, educate families on therapeutic exercises and home programs, and monitor patient progress while communicating updates to the supervising therapist. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and complete accurate clinical documentation. Flexible scheduling with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities allows you to choose your own days and hours, including gradual caseload ramp-up and manageable workloads. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $40.00 per hour with options for hourly, salary, or per-visit pay, plus after-school and weekend stipends. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date
Desired Qualifications

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
