Job Summary
Provide in-home pediatric physical therapy under supervision of a Physical Therapist to help pediatric patients with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social-emotional needs. Implement treatment plans, perform evaluations, set goals, and educate families to carry over activities into daily routines. Coordinate with referral partners (e.g., Early Intervention Colorado) to deliver services per physician order and IFSP, design home exercise programs, document care in an EMR, and maintain patient confidentiality. Required Qualifications
- Texas State PTA License
- Current CPR certification
