Pediatric Physical Therapist $25,000 Bonus

Performing and documenting initial and ongoing assessments of patients' condition, developing treatment plans with goals, and implementing PT strategies (including in-clinic and home exercise programs) to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability in a pediatric population. The role involves educating patients and caregivers, selecting/using appropriate modalities and adaptive equipment, and coordinating care to reintegrate patients into their daily activities and workplace. The position offers a sign-on bonus for full-time hires and supports flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, and PRN). The hospital emphasizes multidisciplinary rehabilitation across outpatient and acute care settings and requires professional licensure, BLS, and relevant experience; ACLS is preferred. Knowledge of physical therapy principles, strong communication, organizational skills, and teamwork are essential.
