Required Qualifications
- Kentucky license as a physical therapist required
- Bachelor, Master or Doctoral degree from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
Desired Qualifications
- BLS preferred at hire, required within 90 days after hire
