Pediatric Physiatrist sought to join a joint department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation across Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Mount Sinai-affiliated Elmhurst Hospital Center and Queens Hospital Center. Clinical responsibilities include two to three days/week ambulatory sessions at Elmhurst, inpatient NICU consults at Elmhurst, one to two days/week ambulatory sessions at Queens, inpatient NICU consults at Queens, and teaching residents and medical students. Faculty appointment commensurate with credentials and experience. BE/BC with fellowship training required; NY license and DEA registration required. Salary $217,000–$227,000 plus benefits and distributions; located in NYC metropolitan area with accessible transit and car options.
