Provide ambulatory care two to three days per week at Elmhurst Hospital Center and one to two days per week at Queens Hospital Center, plus inpatient NICU consults at both facilities; teach residents and medical students; joint appointment within the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; BE/BC fellowship-trained pediatric physiatrist with NY license and active DEA; salary range $217,000-$227,000 plus benefits and faculty distributions; located in the NYC area with access to Mount Sinai Health System and affiliated hospitals.

- BE/BC Pediatric Physiatrist
- Fellowship trained in Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
