Required Qualifications
- BE/BC in Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

- Academic appointment at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai or equivalent
- Ability to provide ambulatory services multiple days per week and inpatient NICU consults at Elmhurst and Queens Hospitals
