Ambulatory sessions at Elmhurst Hospital Center 2-3 days/week and Queens Hospital Center 1-2 days/week, plus inpatient NICU consults at both sites; teaching residents and medical students; jointly appointed in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation within Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the Mount Sinai Health System; BE/BC with fellowship training in pediatric physiatry; valid NY license and DEA registration required; faculty appointment offered with compensation and benefits in the academic year.

- Fellowship trained in Pediatric Physiatry
