Pediatric PA - Special Care Nursery & Newborn Nursery

Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA) in the Special Care Nursery and Newborn Nursery with 24/7 coverage. Attend high-risk deliveries; admit and manage infants in the SCN through daily rounds and procedures; provide coverage for well babies in the Well Baby Nursery including admissions and daily notes; participate in Pediatric Codes and trauma responses in the Emergency Department. Essential procedures include intubation, umbilical artery and vein catheterization, IV placement, lumbar punctures, and urinary catheterization. Collaborate in a high-acuity, academic-affiliated neonatal care environment.
