Job Summary
Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist needed to evaluate and treat pediatric clients in an outpatient setting, with responsibilities including initial and re-evaluations, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, documenting evaluations and progress in EMR, managing a caseload, supervising PTA(s), and coordinating care with schools, case managers, families, and clinical directors. Includes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, client and family education, and opportunities for ongoing professional development; requires Florida PT licensure and a bachelor's degree (doctorate preferred) with pediatric experience preferred. The role is full-time at two Daytona Beach and Winter Park, FL locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida
- Medicaid and National Provider Number preferred
- Previous pediatric experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Ability to meet driver qualifications for program-related driving
