Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed to join a pediatric outpatient therapy team in Castle Rock. You will evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized, family-centered treatment plans, complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently, and deliver therapy services with careful attention to client progress. This role emphasizes thorough assessments, tailored intervention plans, and coordinated care with other therapists to ensure seamless services; the clinic operates 8:00 AM–6:00 PM on four 10-hour days with no weekend shifts. Requirements include NBCOT certification, Colorado licensure (DORA) by start date, and completion of required fieldwork.
