Job Summary
Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon needed at Mount Sinai Hospital (Manhattan, NY) to join an academic medical center with clinical practice, resident/fellow education, and opportunities in teaching and research. Responsibilities include providing world-class pediatric orthopedic care, collaborating with pediatric practice colleagues within the health system, holding a faculty appointment at the Icahn School of Medicine, facilitating education of residents, medical students and fellows in Orthopedic Surgery and Pediatrics, interacting professionally with staff and physicians, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Qualified candidates must have a Medical Degree, New York Medical License, board eligibility or board certification in Orthopedic Surgery, and strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Position offers a competitive salary and benefits; salary range listed between 350K-500K with bonuses/incentives dependent on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree from an Accredited University
- New York Medical License
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
