Job Summary
Develop and support territory sales goals for Similac, PediaSure, and Pedialyte products within pediatric, OB Gyn, and family practice offices. Conduct comprehensive calling on physicians, dietitians, and nurses to deliver product knowledge, clinical studies, and protocols. Manage new product launches and navigate hospital department hierarchies including NICU, PICU, and nurseries. Execute budget management and function independently with a high degree of initiative to achieve short and long-term objectives. Requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of sales experience; local candidates only with up to 50% travel, company car provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two years sales experience
- Based out of Cranberry or Butler, PA area
- Up to 50% travel
- Comprehensive knowledge of all products, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines
- Ability to deliver the information in a selling environment
- Understanding of the hierarchy of hospital departments such as NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries and Nursing units
- Ability to work effectively with Dietitians, Physicians and Nurses
- Effective administrative skills
- Budget management
- Ability to function independently with a high degree of initiative, independence, and autonomy
- Desire to be self-motivated, seeking out success at achieving both short and long term goals
