Job Summary
Provide pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans in a home-health setting for Wichita Falls, TX, including development of home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers; collaborate with medical teams to coordinate care; maintain timely documentation, charts, and progress reports; and adhere to agency policies and applicable laws. Requires active Texas OT license and ability to work in a home-health environment; bonus points for pediatric experience, feeding therapy or bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.
