Job Summary
PRN Pediatric Occupational Therapist sought to evaluate and treat patients under 18 with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses in outpatient rehab at Wolfson Clay Outpatient Rehab Clinic in Fleming Island. Responsibilities include evaluations and treatments, extensive patient/family education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team care approach. Education & credential requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and licensure as an OT in Florida, plus BLS certification. Position offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 and requires passing a background screening as part of the employment process.
