Job Summary
Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and evidence-based interventions for children ages birth through 18 with developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, and functional challenges. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals while educating and coaching parents and caregivers to support family-centered care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, physicians, and educators to coordinate care and participate in treatment planning. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner within protected planning time. Full-time and part-time roles available with a manageable caseload of approximately 28–32 clients per week.
Required Qualifications
- Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
