Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide home-based occupational therapy for children. Monitor patient progress, maintain timely documentation, and educate families. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and optionally supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. Earn $64–$92 per visit/hour in full-time or part-time roles across Arizona with flexible caseloads. W-2 or 1099 positions offer medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits. Arizona Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, and Article 9 certification required.
