Job Summary
Deliver pediatric occupational therapy services in a school-based setting, conducting evaluations, creating and monitoring therapy goals, and documenting outcomes. Collaborate with families, care teams, and educators to support functional, motor, sensory, and self-care goals; participate in IEP planning and district collaborations; contribute to interdisciplinary teams; opportunities for mentorship, leadership, and specialization (e.g., bilingual services, AAC, early childhood); enjoy a predictable weekday schedule aligned with school hours, built-in holidays, and professional development resources.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L)
- Active state license or eligibility for licensure (PDS will assist)
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
