Job Summary
Conduct consultations and assessments tailored to each child's unique needs, then develop individualized, evidence-based treatment programs. Provide direct therapy and family education to promote meaningful progress while maintaining organized client files and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Participate in ongoing learning and professional growth opportunities within our clinic and in-home settings across Orange County.
Required Qualifications
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- current California license
- minimum of 1 year pediatrics experience
Desired Qualifications
- familiarity in RCOC
- Strong knowledge of early intervention principles
- developmental milestones
- evidence-based practices
- Passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean)
- Previous experience in early intervention settings
