Job Summary
Evaluates and treats pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses in an outpatient rehab setting. Provides extensive patient and family education and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support children's rehabilitation needs. Part-time position (24 hours/week) at Wolfson Children’s Hospital Mandarin Outpatient Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and licensure as a Physical Therapist with the Florida Department of Health, plus BLS certification. Preferred experience in ortho, neuro, pediatric rehab, and outpatient settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
