Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with medically complex, developmental, or behavioral needs. Provide direct occupational therapy services in the home setting to build fine motor, sensory, feeding, and self-care skills. Monitor progress, adjust plans, and recommend adaptive equipment while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and partnering closely with families to ensure carryover. Maintain accurate documentation and support skill development in daily routines across the DFW area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, supportive clinical leadership, and meaningful impact without a traditional clinic schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
Desired Qualifications
- One year of experience preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Home health experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and families
- A compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to care
