Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments. Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful outcomes for each child. Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines. Maintain accurate, daily documentation and collaborate closely with parents to reinforce therapy goals. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care for children with medically complex needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license (OT/L) in Texas
- Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred
