Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) needed for a pediatric outpatient clinic in San Jose, CA. New grads welcome with strong mentorship and a clear growth trajectory. Expect ~28–30 kids/week with 60-minute therapy sessions, a collaborative multidisciplinary team, sensory-focused interventions (SPD focus trained), and opportunities for leadership expansion. Full-time position with flexible scheduling (36–40 hours per week; 4- or 5-day schedules).
