Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) needed to provide play-based, relationship-driven therapy with neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based care. Roles include 45-minute sessions, pediatric caseload, caregiver coaching, and focus on functional outcomes. Work arrangement offers clinic-based, community-based, or hybrid scheduling in the Leander, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, and surrounding Austin areas, with flexible full-time or part-time options and a supportive onboarding process. Compensation includes guaranteed hourly pay or PPV, with a productivity bonus potential; new grads welcome and schedule can include after-school hours and optional Saturdays. The practice emphasizes a collaborative team environment, mentorship, and sustainable productivity (65%).
