Job Summary
On-island pediatric occupational therapy role serving children with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing, and fine motor development in a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic in the US Virgin Islands. Conduct OT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver direct therapy targeting sensory processing, fine/gross motor skills, ADLs, and social participation, and coordinate scheduling with families. Expected ~25–30 billable hours weekly with a flexible self-managed schedule after onboarding; collaborate with SLP and PT colleagues and participate in community events. Requires OT licensure (OT or COTA) in any US state; new grads welcome; bilingual skills a plus (Spanish or Creole). Relocation support available; on-island placement (St. Croix or St. Thomas). Full-time or part-time options; compensation around $55+/hour with relocation bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Any valid US state OT or COTA license accepted
