Job Summary
Pediatric OT in home health: set your own schedule, drive your own radius, and manage your caseload with autonomy while working in children's homes. Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to deliver family-centered OT services and mentor OTAs/new grads. Requires a Master’s or Doctoral OT degree and a Colorado OT license (or eligibility), plus a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications

- Colorado OT license (or currently eligible)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Genuine interest in pediatric home health and family-centered care
- Comfortable managing your own schedule in the field
- Collaborative communicator
