Job Summary
Conduct 60-minute pediatric occupational therapy sessions for 28–30 children weekly, utilizing a sensory gym and movement room within an evidence-based SPD model. Collaborate with an admin team for scheduling while managing documentation breaks throughout the day. Participate in a structured mentorship program for new grads, which includes a curated clinical curriculum and covered CEUs, or leverage experience to grow into leadership or multi-site supervision roles. Sessions occur Monday through Friday from 9am to 6:30pm with flexibility, and a 4-day workweek option is available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or OTD in Occupational Therapy
- California OT license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Ability to work in person in Brentwood, CA
Desired Qualifications
- Feeding therapy experience preferred; specialized feeding certification a plus
- Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced pediatric environment
