Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) / Assistant (COTA)

Conduct outpatient pediatric occupational therapy for children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into daily life. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team while maintaining autonomy and growth specific to each clinician's expertise. Utilize ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time and focus more on patient treatment. Work with reasonable caseloads to support exceptional patient outcomes in physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis services.
