Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community, including evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development. Educate families on carryover strategies and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while documenting care in an electronic medical record system. Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
