Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) / Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community, including evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development. Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Document all care in an electronic medical record system and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. This clinician-owned organization has served the medically fragile community since 2000, offering flexible full-time and part-time scheduling with mentorship and CEU reimbursement.
