Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community, including evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development. Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Document all care in an electronic medical record system and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
