Job Summary
Pediatric Occupational Therapist position providing therapy to pediatric patients with the option to work with adults, in clinic/home/school settings. Responsibilities include supervising COTAs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, tracking patient progress, educating families on therapy techniques, and contributing ideas to clinic growth. Mentorship available for new grads; flexible scheduling to support work-life balance; CEUs and professional development offered. In-person role based in Tempe, AZ with W-2 compensation and full benefits (medical/dental/vision/life, retirement, paid holidays, PTO, and liability insurance). License required (Active or pending AZ OT).
Required Qualifications
- Active or pending AZ Occupational Therapy license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Ability to work in person in the Phoenix area (Tempe/Valleywide)
- Team-oriented and self-motivated to impact care
- Proactive approach to therapy
